Repairs to the water damage in my dining room. Since our house is like a zillion years old, there was no easy way except to break out all of the old plaster. Which is fine because most of the other rooms have been updated with drywall over the years. But what a mess! I don't like messes. I can live with being unorganized, but that is totally different than a dirty mess.I thought I'd also share a pic of how the roof repair came out. It is the area under the dormer on the right - my pic is a little crooked. Since our shingles were discontinued, I think they did a pretty good job of finding an almost perfect match. I am trying not to be too anal about it....
The sun was out today and it was in the 50's so I took the dogs for a walk and got in the studio a bit tonight. I am hoping to get in there even more over the weekend!

Oh sorry about that big mess! YUCK! I'm with you on feeling all out of sorts when demolition like that happens in my house.
