Seems the time of year to wear We Love Vera's "Highest Accolades" dress (from Anthro, 2010 I think?). The winning ribbon print is perfect for horse races, graduations and Father's Day! I just love the color combo on this dress and had fun finding a matching cardigan and sandals (from Kohl's and TJ Maxx).
