Summer Bird

Here is a great summer necklace I whipped up, using a Humblebeads bird I got at B & B. All of the wood beads came on a strand from Michael's, although I did not like the bright silver they were linked together with for this design. So, I restrung them with a dark brown wire, and added some cute feather charms inside some of the oval links. The blue beads matched this bird perfectly and I love the earthy feel the wood gives it.

  1. I love it! I got one of Heather's bright blue speckled eggs that she just started making. I just pulled it out of my box tonight to see what I could do with it. Those are some funky flowers and I agree that the bronze wire is much better suited. Great design! Enjoy the day! Erin
